Last month weather is aweful and it seems will continue like that this month too. Every week 1 or 2 rainy days. Last night I woke up at 3 a.m. because the storm. I had to get up to close the windows.
This morning I woke up at 9 a.m. but I was not ready to leave the bed so I laid until 11 a.m. I had coffee while reading things on the computer then I decided to do workout. I started with 15 min of stationary bike then 1 hour of legs, butt and abs. I stretched my body and ended with another 15 minutes of bike.
It was 2 p.m. when I finished and I was not hungry so I had fruits and cereals and another coffee. After it I did my nails, metallic blue color for this week, then I spent the next 6 hours studying programming.
I cooked potatoes and chicken for dinner and after eating I felt I ruined the job I did burning calories today so I went to the stationary bike for another 20 minutes, which was not enough to burn the calories of my dinner but I stopped afraid to tomorrow my legs hurt so much.
I am not someone who pay attention to calories and I don't know how much calories I eat every day but I don't see any change on my body since few months so I should start taking care of calories maybe and do workout more times at week.
I studied a little more then I came to the bed to read a book until fall asleep. I had an excelent weekend, useful and no depressed.
