TIL: Caffeine

1 cup of decaffeinated coffee has up to 1 from 7 mg caffeine, less than 97% of a normal coffee which can have up to 70 from 140 mg, up to the type of coffee. The tea leaf has more caffeine than the same amount of coffee, but to make tea we need less amount of tea than the coffee we need to use to make a cup of it. This is why 1 cup of tea has less caffeine than a cup of coffee. Green tea is the tea that has less caffeine, 10 to 15 mg.
The body absorbs the caffeine and it goes directly to the brain, but it is a short effect. It's better for physical activities. The tea has less powerful but lasting effect, better for mental activities.
