I looked it again and seems when you select Acces list you are filtering them in, because it says: "Show this entry to: " then you have the options to select public, acces list, private only you, etc. So this means if I write a private entry just me can see this.

Everyone (Public): anyone, whether they have a Dreamwidth account or not, can see your entries
Access list: only your access list can see your entries
Private (Just You): only you can see your entries

I should can give acces to people without they can read my private secrets! :D
