I decided that I want to try it, so there is some stuff that I already have and I think I can use. I bought more fine point markers and some stencils from Amazon and tomorrow I'll try to get notebook without lines.

One of my daughters has a bullet journal--she really really enjoys it, and it works for her.

I think journaling can be de-stressing and useful, we will see :)
