It was so hard to wake up this morning! This is my second day without coffee, I had headache and feel sleepy all day long but I did it 
I am having hard time at work because I just wanna sleep so it's hard to concentrate on my task and I don't feel like working there.
Food today was:
Breakfast: smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and oatmeal
Morning snack: mango and green tea
Lunch: chicken with rice, spinach and tomatoe. Strawberries and apple.
Afternoon snack: kiwi
Dinner: salad with spinach, rice, egg and tuna.
I ate 1300 calories and I drank 8 glass of water again. Nutrient balance score was 76/100. I did 30 min bikes and the circuit full body muscle training which I was not able to finish. Today it was 6 rounds of plank and mountain climber. I did just 4 and I had to stop because my legs was still tired of Sunday training.
I got the personal scales and I weight myself. I thought I was in 62-63 kg but I'm weighing 61 kg
Today I bought marine salt and stevia.
Something bad: I still want to drink coffee.
Something good: I feel my mouth is more relaxed.
