The photographer sent me some photos that she took me in my niece's party. It's so weird to see myself smiling, I think I look a little psycho. I have hard time trying to keep my eyes open when someone take me a photo... se had to take many photos to get me with open eyes although she was not using flash.
The noise in the pics are because no flash. There is a light on my face in the second pic.
1 year ago I had to go to the kinesiologist because the pain in my neck, back and face was killing me. The Dr. told me that the problem was not my cervical but my bruxism then he called a phsyical therapist for he to see me and this last dr said I need to do rehabilitation for my face. I have reduced movement in the muscles of my face because grinding my teeth all these years.
Last night looking the photos of my niece's party I realized how much the bruxism is messing up with my face, it's time to do something about. I don't have health insurance until June but I can start exercising the muscles and stretching them.
I watched some videos on Youtube so I can start with those exercises :)
